Kotobukiya Marvel Bishoujo Mystique & Elektra

Today, I'll be showing off two figures I recently bought at the last few conventions I attended. Kotobukiya's Marvel Bishoujo Elektra & Mystique.

The figures are based off the artwork (shown on the front) drawn by the talented Shunya Yamashita. His artwork is very pin-up esque and always so beautiful. 

MCM Birmingham and Hitomi Cosplay

Two weeks ago I attended MCM Birmingham. Held in the NEC, a big exhibition centre which I have previously visited to see the Gadget Show Live, MCM Brum, coupled with Memorabilia in the same hall, consisted mainly of various stalls selling anime, comic book and sci-fi goods.

In my last minute Dead or Alive 5 Hitomi cosplay. I was up the night before painting the purple lines onto the vest >_<

SoniComi Limited Edition

I recently used a proxy for the first time ever to buy some Sonico goodies off of the Nitroplus store. I used MioBoutiqueTokyo. Their service was great and shipping was fast. I'll be using them again. :3

Ah! It's been a while!

I've recently taken up ice skating and rollerblading, so I've been super busy practising and trying to get better!!

I don't have too much to share for the time being. I'm currently waiting for an additional shelf to be put up so I haven't received much in terms of figure loots lately, BUT I am waiting to receive a bunch of packages from Japan!! Eeee!

So Christmas has been and gone and I received a few, super awesome presents!

The Gadget Show Live 2012

I attended the Gadget Show Live last Friday. I didn't see the live show again this year but I did get to wander around and look at (mostly useless) gadgets. (And phone cases, lots and lots of phone cases).

A gigantic TV with the most amazing, crisp display. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. *A*
