Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City loot!!

I pre-ordered this from Propel Gamer in the end as my GAME pre-order fell through. I was going to pre-order with Amazon but Propel Gamer had the best pre-order bonus on offer so I went with them instead.

Here we have my game (which arrived on the day, so I'm happy with the service provided by Propel Gamer), a pre-order t-shirt (despite it being far tolo big for me, I actually quite like it, especially the colour. I'll be using this as a work out/cool down shirt when I go for a run ^_^) and a pair of headphones (aswell as two DLC weapon packs).

Aren't these awesome? I won them in a competition. Sadly, I don't currently own a PS3 so I can't use them but I collect Resident Evil merchendise so I appreciate them none the less.

So cooool.

I spent about half a day on the game and it's actually not bad. Not amazing, but not bad. The game really could've benefitted from a flashlight (some rooms and areas are so dark you can't see a thing) and I seem to die alot (which can be pretty frustrating) but it is quite an enjoyable game.

It'd be nice if they included some more familiar areas from the older games (like exploring more of the RPD building, sewers and underground labs) but I haven't yet finished the game so maybe (hopefully) there will be more of that to come.

CDJapan Loot - ArConomi Brand

I received my order from CDJapan which I was hoping would arrive before HyperJapan (as I was planning on wearing this to it) but it came a few days after. >.<

I really love the school girl fashion worn in Japan, Kogal, I believe it's called.

All these items are made by clothing brand ArConomi and ordered from CDJapan. I had a good experience with them; they offered loads of different shipping options (rather than the standard SAL and EMS), offered to mark the item as a gift (yay for no customs fees ^_^) and it came quickly and really well packaged.

I'd ordered the Grey Wool & Acrylic Cardigan (the comfiest cardigan I have ever worn. OMG *_*), Navy x Blue School Skirt (I'd hoped it'd be shorter. The girls advertising the products always have short skirts but this comes up to my knees. I'm not exactly short so I'm wondering if they just roll them up or modify them. Still, it's a lovely skirt and VERY good quality), School Ribbon and School Necktie (so cute!!).

ArConomi brand Original Loafers. They're so stiff and tight at the moment and a little bit painful to walk in so I hope they loosen up a bit. When I wear them, they make my feet look so small and cute, I love them!

(I should've cleaned them a bit before taking the picture but I didn't notice that until just now OTL)

KAWAII DESU EYELASHES! Now all I need is some circle lenses and I'm all set. >.<

Oh and the Queen visited Fortnum & Mason while I was walking through London. Just thought I'd share that.

I didn't get to see her though.

London Super Comic Convention & Hyper Japan

So I went to the London Super Comic Convention on 25th February. The legendary Stan Lee was in attendance. He was sat in a booth for the majority of the day and I didn't attend his panel so I didn't even get to see him. :<

The hall mainly consisted of rows of dealers tables selling old comics. There was also the artist alley section with people selling their own original comics and artwork and booths to get your comics signed by various comic book artists.

My last minute Gogo Yubari cosplay. I didn't get a chance to make her weapon. T_T

I just liked the cover art of the comics. I may have to pick them up to see what they're about.

Sadly, there wasn't much to take photos of. Most of the hall consisted of dealers tables that looked like this.

It wasn't the best convention and I probably won't be attending next year if they decide to have another one.

I made a deal with my friend that if I went to the comic convention with him then he'd go to the Japanese culture convention with me. So... the very next day we hopped along to Hyper Japan!
